This mid-20th Century double-breasted blazer is by the DAKS brand, sold through the exclusive menswear shop Simpsons, on Piccadilly in London. It features a six button front, of the style traditionally favoured by former-Royal Navy officers and civilian yachtsmen. This distinctive look was popular through the early and middle years of the 20th Century.
