To our European customers: We are very sorry to say that Cathcart can't pay your duties and taxes for your order anymore. 

When you order from us, you will need to pay the duties charges at the border.

Our European friends and fans mean a lot to us, however it has unfortunately cost us a lot since Brexit and it is no longer feasible for us to continue this if we want to keep doing what we do best. We are sorry about this and any inconveniences caused. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
