This is a rare opportunity to buy a 1930s British jacket, with a single-button closure, in a larger size. This was originally a jacket from a dinner suit. However, due to damage to the silk lapels and to the trousers, it was remodelled. The silk facings were removed and were replaced with new lapels made from the original trouser fabric. The new lapels even had a tailored buttonhole added to them. The jacket is ideal to be combined with morning suit striped trousers to make a 1930s style ‘Stroller’ suit.

Size approx. 44- Jacket – Chest (measured pit to pit) = 23 inches/Shoulders = 20.5inches/Sleeve = 24.5 inches/Length = 29 inches.
